Just for fun, I am adding a page of cakes with links to their recipes/instructions when available.  All are made with Farmer Kim’s eggs.  I am by no means expert (or even very good)  at cake decorating, but just having some fun and making my family smile…

  1. Wow! Incredible! When my daughters turned one, I took a cake decorating class because I always wanted to make beautiful birthday cakes with roses. Ironically, I learned a valuable albeit unexpected lesson: I do not like decorating cakes. Sometimes you gotta laugh.

    1. Yes you do! Especially when the plane cake melts and falls apart, as did the cake for my husband – I as about to ice it and the hole thing just collapsed. So me made it a smush cake. A sense of humor really helps.
