Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Molasses Bark

I love pomegranate molasses.

I love dark chocolate.

And I love pistachios.

But I really love putting the three together in my new creation – dark chocolate bark with pomegranate molasses and pistachios.  It is delicious with just the chocolate and pomegranate molasses, but the pistachios add saltiness and texture that just takes it up another notch.  My husband actually complained about this, he said it was dangerous because it was so good he couldn’t resist it.

Dark Chocolate Bark with Pomegranate Molasses and Pistachios

9.5 oz high quality dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces

1 Tbsp + more for drizzling pomegranate molasses

1 cup chopped pistachios


Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, set aside.

In a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, met the chocolate, stirring with a spatula.  When almost melted, add the 1 Tbsp of pomegranate molasses, stir it into the chocolate.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread into a thin layer, about ¼” thick. Drizzle pomegranate molasses over the chocolate. 

Sprinkle on the pistachios.

Break into pieces and enjoy!
