It took 3 years to develop and refine the recipes, but the last month of editing and layout has been the hardest and most challenging. It has been a great learning experience, and a true labor of love.
I am both excited and feel a great sense of relief. But now we have identified a bunch more recipes to share, so I guess it is time to start working on book 2…

I went to purchase your cookbook and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a kindle edition. I am busy downsizing, so I don’t want anymore paper cookbooks. When there is a kindle edition, be sure and post so I know about it.
