I promised you the good the bad and the ugly. Well, this is a more bad than ugly… I wanted to make pumpkin scones this morning. They have lots of healthy ingredients in them, but something just didn’t seem right with the dough. I put it in the oven anyway, hoping some magic would happen.
It didn’t. They didn’t rise and had no flavor. But the icing tasted good. So we basically have sweet cardboard.

Carole and I both enjoyed this recipe. It wasn’t overly sweet and was quite edible. Kinda like a desert flat bread. Farmer Kim.
