I was out weeding the garden today and saw loads of baby zucchini, so before we know it we will be up to our eyes in zucchini.  In our house that usually means lost of zucchini bread on the counter and in the freezer, especially when Arielle comes home to take over baking duties.

I have other zucchini recipes I will share, but usually there i so much I am always looking for more.  So if you have any good ones, feel free to share them with me.
